Qualifications

• Meets the staffing qualifications according to the Regulations and Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021
• Provides proof of graduation issued by the education provider
• A current Criminal Record Check for the Vulnerable Sector
• Evidence of Tuberculosis screening
• Must be able to perform all essential duties of the position with or without accommodation, which may include bending, pushing, pulling, lifting and repetitive movements

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Support residents in maintaining independence and dignity
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition
• Complete accurate documentation of care
• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team
