Cable TV - Disruption

We are currently experiencing a service outage with our cable service that is provided through Health Hub by Rogers. The service outage was reported yesterday afternoon, and they had hoped to resolve the issue by today. Unfortunately, we have heard from Rogers that the service outage affecting our residents who use the analog boxes for basic cable service are affected. Those residents who pay for additional services beyond basic cable and who have a digital box should not be affected by the service outage. Rogers has indicated they are working to resolve the issue and hope to have it resolved tomorrow. We thank you for your patience during this cable service outage.

Hillcrest Building Elevator

Early next week we will be upgrading the elevator controller system in the Hillcrest building. They will be working on one elevator at a time, and we are hopeful that this will only impact elevator service for one day. We thank you for your patience during this improvement project.

LTC Community Engagement Day

Please join us for live entertainment and chocolate milkshakes to celebrate Long-term Care on Friday, September 12th at 2:30 pm on the Georgian/Dominion suites back patio. Please bring your own lawn chair. If there is inclement weather, the event will be moved to Celebration Hall.
