Re: Resident and Family Satisfaction Survey-Reminder
A reminder to families and/or Substitute decision makers to complete the Resident & Family Satisfaction Survey and Prevail Survey links were sent Oct 1st – the closing date is extended until November 15th 2025.
Resident and Family Satisfaction Survey
This year we are doing a second survey to have it provide important feedback in a timeline that works with our quality improvement planning. Please give your feedback on our annual Resident and Family Satisfaction Survey and the Prevail Survey.
Please follow the links below to complete both surveys prior to November 15, 2025. If you prefer a paper copy of the surveys, please stop by reception. Surveys completed on paper can be returned to reception or emailed to hbrouwer@hvcc.ca
