New Hair Salon pricing will be in effect August 1st

Price list updates have been posted on the Family Information boards in each building. New referral forms are available at Reception if you would like to make changes to the frequency of appointments. If you have any questions, please speak to Monique Torraville, ext. 245 in the Finance office.

Escorts for Appointments

When booking an escort with Home Instead, please note they do not accept credit card payments. They do accept e-transfer in advance of appointment date, or the service can be invoiced to us through the Resident’s trust account. Home Instead (705) 503-5501.

Rate Reduction

Basic/Shared Room Residents Application Forms NOW AVAILABLE

For those applying for the rate reduction cycle, July 1st, 2025 to June 30, 2026, application forms are now available for completion at Reception. If nothing has changed with the resident’s income simply complete page 1 and sign page 4. If you have any questions, please contact Monique Torraville, ext. 245 in the Finance office.
