Mission Statement!


  Our Mission at Hillcrest Village is to provide a Home with excellent, 

compassionate care for the residents by meeting their medical, physical, 

emotional, spiritual, and social needs.

At Hillcrest Village we are committed to our residents, and our aim is to provide the services that will help the residents feel at home.

There are experienced and qualified staff in all departments at Hillcrest Village who provide services for our residents.


Our facility also provides supervision and nursing care for residents for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The nurses know the residents so that they can provide excellent quality care and services for each of those residents.

Hillcrest Village consists of 164 comfortable beds, with 86 private rooms, and 39 standard accommodation (2 residents per room), which are designed for the safety and comfort of the resident. Each room is furnished with a bed, night table, and wardrobe closet for each resident. There are also many common areas that are open for the residents to enjoy.


Our residents are encouraged to arrange their rooms to their liking. If the resident or family would like to add additional furniture to make the room feel more 'homey', those items may be added after receiving permission from the Administrator, or Designate.


Every room has a memory box that is located just outside the resident's room, and identifies his/her location. This cabinet allows the resident to display keepsakes, photographs, or other treasured items.


All of the resident's rooms and common areas are climate-controlled during the seasons. Telephone and television connections are available for each resident, although this is only provided if the resident or family requests these services.
