Thank you for the lovely home you supplied for both Mom and Dad the last two years of their lives. Mom loved Hillcrest and thoroughly enjoyed the numerous programs offered. (crafts, bingo, manicures, church services). It was a real treat for her.

Dad was tired, and was thrilled to be able to sleep and eat. He looked forward to his good meals and spoke so highly of Hillcrest. I sincerely appreciate your staff being sensitive to both their needs. We often joked that Dad slept 20 hours a day and used the other four for eating. You have a very caring staff, who treated us all well. A number of times I saw staff members blinking back tears when Mom was so ill for her last nine days. Such compassion! 

For Dad, they took the time to listen to his many stories about the “olden days”. His long-term memory was great. We are so glad that Dad went quickly and peacefully. He was an amazing father, grandfather and great-grandfather. We know Mom and Dad are now re-united.

If your ears have been ringing over the past two years and in the future, it is our family praising Hillcrest!
